Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Commercial terms applying when Ehsnsdo™ products are purchased through ehsnsdo.com.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through ehsnsdo.com and form part of the agreement between Ehsnsdo™ and the customer.
Submitting an order means accepting these terms together with the policies incorporated into them, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurately.
Display settings, lighting, normal production tolerances, product updates, handling, storage, maintenance, and environmental conditions may result in reasonable differences between presented information and actual product experience.
Ehsnsdo™ children's books are consumer products and are not medical devices. Product information is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, professional care, or other legally required measures that otherwise apply.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
Before accepting an order, payment, identity, address, inventory, purchase quantity, and indications of suspected fraud may be reviewed.
Where legally permitted, an order may be refused, limited, or canceled because of payment failure, inventory issues, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change prospectively without notice.
Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before an order is submitted.
By using the selected payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Banks and payment providers determine authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and transaction-posting times.
5. Promotions
Promotions may include restrictions involving eligibility, products, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. Promotions may be modified or ended where permitted by law.
6. Shipping, risk, and returns
Order processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published Ehsnsdo™ policies.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible Ehsnsdo™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty excludes consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to applicable instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Proper use
Customers are responsible for any product-specific setup where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, care, maintenance, replacement of relevant components, supervision, and use in accordance with the instructions provided for the product.
If a product appears damaged or otherwise unsuitable for continued use, discontinue use where appropriate and follow the relevant product or Customer Care guidance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehsnsdo™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Governing principles and severability
These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
11. Changes
These terms may be revised prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a change is required by law.
