30-Day Return Window

If the item you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. When possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. Every return request must also include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Ehsnsdo™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item and let you know the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by Ehsnsdo™.
