Checkout on ehsnsdo.com is powered by Shopify together with participating payment providers. Available methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and provider availability.

Authorization and fraud review

Orders may be subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A bank or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold.

Ehsnsdo™ does not determine an issuer's approval decision and cannot control how long a financial institution takes to release a temporary hold.

Payment information

Payment-card details are transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their own security controls. Ehsnsdo™ does not store complete payment-card numbers in its own store systems.

No online transaction system is completely risk-free. Customers should use trusted devices and networks and keep account credentials protected.

Prices and additional charges

Product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

Currency-conversion costs, foreign-transaction fees, installment charges, and other issuer or provider fees are determined by the relevant financial provider.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, review the billing information, available funds, issuer restrictions, and any verification request.

If duplicate pending authorizations appear, contact the issuing bank because one entry may be a temporary hold rather than a completed transaction.
